Before you write
Some requests are faster through other routes.
- A mistake on a drama page. Use the Report a problem link at the bottom of that page. It tells us exactly which page and section you mean, and it goes straight into our correction queue.
- A show has moved, left a service, or appeared somewhere new. Report it from the drama page too. Where-to-watch reports are our top priority, and we aim to recheck them within three days.
- Spoilers in the wrong place. If you saw a spoiler outside a spoiler section, please report it from the page. We treat these as urgent.
What to use this form for
- Questions about our coverage, verdicts, or methods
- Requests to remove or replace an image you hold rights to (please include the page address and proof of ownership; we act on valid requests within 48 hours)
- Press, partnership, and licensing enquiries
- Privacy requests, such as asking us to delete an email address you gave us
- Anything else
What happens next
Messages arrive in a shared inbox that our editors check on working days. We aim to reply within five working days. If you report an error and leave an email address, we'll let you know once it's fixed. If you'd rather not be contacted, leave the email field blank; we can still act on the report.
What we can't help with
We can't help you get access to a drama that isn't officially available in your country, troubleshoot a streaming service's app or account, or process subscriptions or refunds. For those, please contact the streaming service directly through its help center.
We also don't accept payment for coverage or reviews, and we don't publish guest posts.

The form asks for your name, email, and message. We use them only to reply to you and keep messages for 24 months before deleting them. Details are in our privacy policy. The form is protected by an automated check to block spam.
