Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use cdramacompass.com. By using the site, you agree to them. The site is run by the C-Drama Compass team.

What the site is

C-Drama Compass is an editorial guide to Chinese dramas. We are not a streaming service and don't host any episodes. Links to watch a drama take you to official third-party services such as Netflix, Viki, iQIYI, or official YouTube channels, which have their own terms, prices, and regional rules.

Accuracy of information

We check where-to-watch listings, air dates, and episode counts against official sources and show the date of our last check. Streaming catalogs change often, though, and a listing can go out of date between checks. Before you pay for a subscription to watch a specific drama, please confirm it's available on that service in your country. We aren't responsible for purchases you make on third-party services.

Verdicts, ending labels, and reviews are the opinions of our editors.

Using our content

You're welcome to read, share links to, and quote short passages from our pages with a link back to the source. Please don't copy whole pages or large parts of our content, republish it as your own, or scrape the site in bulk without written permission.

Drama posters and stills shown on the site belong to their rights holders and are credited on the page. They're used to identify the shows we write about. If you hold the rights to an image and want it removed, contact us and we'll act on valid requests within 48 hours.

What you submit

When you send a report, a message, or a vote, you confirm that what you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and doesn't break the law or anyone's rights. Don't submit links to unauthorized copies of dramas, spam, or abusive content. We may remove or ignore submissions that break these rules, and we may limit access for anyone who abuses the site's features, for example by mass-voting.

External links

We link to official streaming services, publishers, news reports, and rating sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
