How corrections work
We get things wrong sometimes. Streaming catalogs change overnight, air dates shift, and editors make mistakes. When that happens, we want to fix it quickly and be open about it.
How to report an error
Every page has a Report a problem link. It records which page and section you're looking at, so it's the fastest way to reach us. You can also write to us through our contact page. Leaving an email address is optional; if you do, we'll let you know when the issue is handled.
How quickly we act
- Spoilers in the wrong place: we treat these as urgent and fix them as soon as we can confirm them.
- Where-to-watch errors: we recheck the listing on the official platform and fix it within three days.
- Factual errors such as wrong dates, episode counts, cast, or novel details: we aim to correct them within 24 hours of confirming them.
What counts as a correction
A significant correction is any change to a fact a reader might have relied on: where a drama is available, its dates or episode count, cast, ending label, verdict basis, or a spoiler that appeared outside a spoiler section. For these, we:
- Fix the page and update its "last updated" date.
- Add a short note at the bottom of the page, for example: "Correction, Oct 22, 2026: An earlier version of this page said the drama was on Viki in the UK. It is not."
- Add an entry to our public corrections log, listed by date and page.
Minor fixes, such as typos, grammar, or wording that doesn't change the meaning, are made quietly. We don't add a note, and we don't change the page's "last updated" date for them, because that date should only move when something meaningful changes.
Changes that aren't corrections
Some updates happen because the world changed, not because we were wrong. A drama moving from one service to another, a new episode count after a recut, or an airing show reaching its finale are routine updates. We update the page and its date, but we don't log them as corrections unless our earlier information was wrong at the time we published it.
Verdicts and opinions
Verdicts and ending labels are editorial judgments. If you disagree with one, we're glad to hear why, and we do sometimes revisit a verdict after rewatching or reading new information. When a verdict changes, we note the change on the page. A difference of opinion on its own isn't treated as a correction.
